SHORT ATTACK IN HANDBALL!

Here I post a small video about an attack in handball. Guess which one it is!

DID YOU KNOW THAT...?

  • Handball is said to be a combination of football, basketball and waterpolo.
  • Handball players are not restricted with a number of faults.
  • There's also beach hanball that is played on a smaller sand court.
  • Handball is the second largest sport in Europe.

    HEART RATE GRAPHIC!

I post my heart rate graphic during four different types of exercise. It's interesting to watch it because you can learn, for example, the changes your heart makes in less than 10 minutes! In my case, as I play basketball, my heart beat is continuous in this sport but in the interval running or in the circuit is the opposite. I hope it helps you!

    INTERESANT RESEARCH:

WHAT DO PHYSICS  AND SPORT HAVE IN  COMMON?AND CHEMISTRY?

Well, may be you think I'm getting crazy proposing similarities between this terms, but it's not true, I'll tell you why....

           1. Physics and sport : They are closely attached to each other in many aspects:

    • when you hit the ball, you transfer an IMPULSE to it. The impulse is the result of the mass and the velocity, calculated with a equation.
    • Other ones are the AERODYMANICS, the STRENGH and the FRICTION,with their corresponding formula calculated with physics, that are always there even if we can't see them.

    • 2.  Chemistry and sport: The chemistry has helped in many aspects. One is an example that will shock us:

    • football balls:  At the beginning they were made up of leather, but now, thanks to chemistry, they are composed by materials that don't allow water to enter the ball or to have 10 times more air inside.

    • Another use is for the controls of doping. With the chemistry we are able to know if an athlete has taken in some illegal  substances to be the best.

    • The most usual, we can do aerobic or anaerobic exercise, so that means that we use oxygen or not. For this, our body uses chemistry.

    GENERAL WARM UP!

If you want to play a sport, first of all you have to warm up. This will help you because you can use it in almost every exercise.

    SPECIFIC WARM UP :)

Here you have it! Warming up the voice! Even if you think is useless, it's very important having the voice prepared for singing.
