INTERESANT RESEARCH:

WHAT DO PHYSICS  AND SPORT HAVE IN  COMMON?AND CHEMISTRY?

Well, may be you think I'm getting crazy proposing similarities between this terms, but it's not true, I'll tell you why....

       1. Physics and sport : They are closely attached to each other in many aspects:

  • when you hit the ball, you transfer an IMPULSE to it. The impulse is the result of the mass and the velocity, calculated with a equation.
  • Other ones are the AERODYMANICS, the STRENGH and the FRICTION,with their corresponding formula calculated with physics, that are always there even if we can't see them.

  • 2.  Chemistry and sport: The chemistry has helped in many aspects. One is an example that will shock us:

  • football balls:  At the beginning they were made up of leather, but now, thanks to chemistry, they are composed by materials that don't allow water to enter the ball or to have 10 times more air inside.

    • Another use is for the controls of doping. With the chemistry we are able to know if an athlete has taken in some illegal  substances to be the best.

    • The most usual, we can do aerobic or anaerobic exercise, so that means that we use oxygen or not. For this, our body uses chemistry.
